    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the front office staff and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that customer service standards are met.
    • Ensure associates are compliant with brand standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Train new staff members on front office procedures and policies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
    • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
