We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support the hotel sales & events team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Managing documents (e.g filing) and preparing department reports
Preparing contracts, proposals, and event orders in a timely manner
Receiving and distributing sales leads
Responding to customer complaints effectively
Provide administrative support to sales/events department
Experience as a Sales Coordinator and/or sales manager
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in using MS Office, Marriott Systems (CI/One Yield/SFA Web)
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
Good team player
