Your Role:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel at home.
- Efficiently register guests into our system, confirming reservations and payment details.
- Promote our Guest Loyalty Program, ensuring members receive their benefits and recognition.
- Handle guest payments and maintain an accurate house bank.
- Respond to inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, including late check-outs, room changes, and billing questions.
- Keep an organized activity log for proper follow-up and guest satisfaction.
- Manage safety deposit box access and assist with mail and information requests.
- Book reservations and provide local attraction insights to enhance our guests' stay.
What You Bring:
- A friendly, easygoing demeanor and a passion for customer service.
- Familiarity with office equipment (fax, printer, etc.) and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs.
- A high school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
