Your Role: As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel at home.
  • Efficiently register guests into our system, confirming reservations and payment details.
  • Promote our Guest Loyalty Program, ensuring members receive their benefits and recognition.
  • Handle guest payments and maintain an accurate house bank.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests with a positive attitude, including late check-outs, room changes, and billing questions.
  • Keep an organized activity log for proper follow-up and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage safety deposit box access and assist with mail and information requests.
  • Book reservations and provide local attraction insights to enhance our guests' stay.

What You Bring:

  • A friendly, easygoing demeanor and a passion for customer service.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (fax, printer, etc.) and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs.
  • A high school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
