Job Description:

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring the highest level of guest service is maintained at all times. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating and training our front desk team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will also be responsible for managing room reservations, coordinating with other departments, and handling guest inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team.

- Ensure efficient and smooth operations of the front office.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain high standards of service.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Manage room reservations and oversee room assignments.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to all front office policies and procedures.

- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve performance.

- Maintain a positive working relationship with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel front office department.
