Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant

- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries

- Use Aloha POS system to manage seating arrangements and track table availability

- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station

- Assist with guest relations and address any concerns or special requests

Skills:

- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
