Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales methodologies, including direct sales, retail sales, and technical sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage territories effectively, and foster collaboration within the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage territory assignments and ensure optimal coverage for maximum impact.
  • Engage in cold calling and inside sales efforts to build customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximize sales potential along with creating compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • IHG experience
