We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our hotel properties to new levels of success.

Position Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational and financial success. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure outstanding service and smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Set and achieve financial goals, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service by implementing service standards, addressing guest feedback, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure excellence in service and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local business partners, the community, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that aligns with company values and promotes employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role.
  • Proven track record of managing profitable hotel operations and achieving financial goals.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
