Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team. The Front Office Manager will oversee all aspects of the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate front desk staff to provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure efficient handling of reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and financial transactions.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain safety and security standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager role.
  • Profound experience in customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiarity with office machines such as fax machines and printers.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, along with fluency in English (both oral and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High School diploma required; additional certifications will be considered a bonus.
