We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, staff management, inventory control, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and beverage, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of customer service standards. The Food and Beverage Manager will be a leader in our organization and will be expected to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Train and supervise staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the food and beverage department.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain records of sales, costs, and other financial information.
  • Develop menus that meet customer needs and maximize profits.
  • Create promotional materials to increase sales.
