About the Executive Chef position

We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.

Executive Chef responsibilities are:

  • Organizing food preparation/kitchen activities

  • Implementing new menus

  • Making estimates of food cost

  • Oversee kitchen activities

  • Inspecting kitchen equipment and scheduling repairs

  • Hiring suitable staff members

  • Inspecting dishes before they are delivered/served

  • Making monthly/quarterly reports

  • Communicating with subordinate members

Executive Chef requirements are:

  • Experience as an Executive Chef

  • Proven record of management of kitchen activities

  • Good at solving issues quickly and effectively

  • Excellent at multitasking

  • Great organizational, leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • BA/Bsc degree in Culinary Arts or Msc degree would be preferred
