Buffet Breakfast Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Buffet Presentation:
- Ensure food is attractively displayed and of proper temperature.
- Replenish food and beverage items as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the buffet area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assisting Guests:
- Welcome guests and respond to their requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist guests with questions about menu items and food preparation.
- Offer condiments and beverages.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Clear tables and remove dirty dishes and linens.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Other Duties:
- Transport food and beverage items to and from the buffet area.
- Follow preparation methods, times, and quality standards.
- Report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to management.
- Promote teamwork and quality service.
