Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Buffet Presentation:
    • Ensure food is attractively displayed and of proper temperature.
    • Replenish food and beverage items as needed.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the buffet area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Assisting Guests:
    • Welcome guests and respond to their requests in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Assist guests with questions about menu items and food preparation.
    • Offer condiments and beverages.
  • Cleanliness and Organization:
    • Clear tables and remove dirty dishes and linens.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
  • Other Duties:
    • Transport food and beverage items to and from the buffet area.
    • Follow preparation methods, times, and quality standards.
    • Report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to management.
    • Promote teamwork and quality service.
