Job Summary:

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of front desk associates, set performance standards, and provide training and support to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of room inventory and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front desk team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of room inventory, reservations, and financial transactions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests and employees

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in a managerial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FOSSE)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and procedures preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
