As a Breakfast Attendant, you would be responsible for stocking food and service ware and for clearing tables for complimentary breakfast buffets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock food for breakfast buffets.
  • Clear tables during the complimentary breakfast period
  • Actively cleaning and interacting with guest
  • Prep food for the next day and take inventory.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
  • Prior food service experience desired
  • Knowledge and skills in health and sanitation standards and procedures for food safety
  • Requires walking and standing and keep buffets full.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that will include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Pleasant, professional, and helpful demeanor

Hours of breakfast: 6am-9.30am weekday and 7-10 weekend (Breakfast attendant will need to come 40 minutes to set up and stay later to clean and prep for the next day.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
