As Assistant Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with the directing and administering of all Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Reports directly to Front Office Manager. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager
  • Ensure the Front desk is neat, clean and has all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide professional and friendly service to guests
  • Good telephone skills
  • Able to make quick solid decisions, diplomacy and communication skills to handle any complaints and emergencies in a level headed manner
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Respond to guest comments/survey in a timely manner
