Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hartford Airport Windsor Locks. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to represent a trusted Marriott brand and drive both leisure and corporate business in a thriving market.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across corporate, group, and leisure segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel managers, and local businesses.

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales leadership to maximize performance and market share.

  • Represent the Fairfield brand with energy, professionalism, and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hotel sales experience required – Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.

    • Local market experience preferred, but not a disqualifying factor.

  • Proven success in developing new business and growing existing accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a positive attitude.

  • Strong knowledge of local corporate and travel markets a plus.
