Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve property revenue goals.

• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that enhance visibility and occupancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of the New York market & Tri State Area.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve ambitious sales targets.
