Location: Holiday Inn Suites Mobile & Holiday Inn Express Mobile West I-10, Alabama

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for two prestigious hotels in the vibrant market of Mobile, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hotel sales and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both hotels.

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.

- Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales management.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and IHG experience a plus.
